Offline Doesn't Mean Slow

Free shipping on orders over $75.00, because if you're stocking up for the trail, we're not going to make it harder than it needs to be.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Track it obsessively or leave your phone in the car, we support both approaches.

Order Updates
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Check it once and put your phone away  or refresh it every hour. No judgment either way.

Secure Checkout
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout. No noise, no surprises.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged in Transit
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care. Clear Head Trail is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If something goes wrong on the way to you, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. Still need help? Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@clearheadtrail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it. Once it's on its way, Clear Head Trail is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
